We have handled numerous cases related to the People’s Republic of China in the field of:

Several successful French companies in China have received advice from Girard-Foley & Associates. Philippe Girard-Foley was invited to advise the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic. In connection with import legislation, he played a decisive role in opening the Chinese market to the international spirits industry through negotiations with the Chinese administration at the highest decision-making level.
